Lake Erie Perch
My go to dish every time. Perch dinner is excellent, non greasy and just the right amount of breading. The garlic tartar sauce takes this dish over the top.

Slow Roasted Prime Rib*
I ordered medium rare, but it came out what i considered rare. I like mine pink in the middle but it seemed to be a little bloody. It still was delicious. Next time i will specify pink in the middle. My husband had the fried fish & he loved it. We both had the clam chowder & that was delicious also.
